Has anyone had any trouble with links from PoliBlog, especially internal links?

  1. I have been having a problem with the “Next page” link at the bottom. Clicking that link makes the page2 URL appear in the location bar, but I still see the most recent posts.

  2. Hmm. That wasn’t even the one I was concerned about!

    Any idea when this started?

  3. It has been a few days, at least. I tried to send you an Email to your Gmail, but it bounced back. It didn’t occur to me until today to leave you a comment. My apologies.

  4. No worries.

I figured out the problem I was having (ends up it was a Firefox plugin’s fault).

Are you still having the “Next page” problem? I did try to tweak a few things earlier.

  5. Not links, but I’ve been having trouble with the RSS feed. It seems it only works every other day. When it does work, I get all the backdated articles at once instead of when they are posted.

  6. Something’s broken, Steven. I first noticed it on Tuesday (though it could have been there before; I just hadn’t tried it)

I’ve tried to access earlier posts in both Firefox and IE, but I can’t access anything other than the first page.

From the main page, the “next page” link brings “http://www.poliblogger.com/?paged=2″, but I’m still returned to the main page.

Likewise the archives, unfortunately. I can hit any month’s link at random, and I’m still delivered to the main page.

  7. Once I experienced the problem where only the first page is available, even after clicking ‘next page’.

Also, about a third of the times I have clicked on ‘comments/trackbacks,’ a tiny box appears with only the URL error screen, in place of the actual comment box. I just attributed it to my clunky grad assistant computer setup.

  8. Thanks to you both for letting me know.

I will look into the situation this weekend.
