I am just speaking in relative terms. I would think that on balance teenage boys are easier than teenage girls. Trust, I have no illusions about easy. I am just speaking in relative terms. Remember, teenage boys have the highest auto insurance rates, and for well deserved reasons, it would seem. The little girl has a level of emotion that the little boy (who's five) just cannot match. OTOH, the little girls are a lot easier to potty train, and they know how to pout to great effect. Either way, I'm getting the worst of both worlds. ;-) (and I used to think TWO kids was hard work!) Of course, I say this not even being a parent, but I do work with kids every week (soon to be twice a week). There are ways little boys are easier. You always know what they are thinking and feeling - rare is the little boy who hides his emotions. To parents of girls laughing at dealing with little boys:

When these poor bastards with daughters have to listen to all the bitching and whining about...everything - because for teenage girls evertything is end of the freaking world - I'll be sending my boys out to mow the lawn and take out the garbage. Of course, right now I'm losing MY freaking mind. ;-) I’ve got three sons. I’ll take my lumps now.
