Via Reuters: World leaders to breathe life into nuclear pact

U.N. Secretary-General Kofi Annan challenged world leaders on Monday to breathe life into a key nuclear disarmament treaty, with new countries acquiring dangerous weapons and nuclear powers slow to disarm.

Cool. Certainly once North Korea and Iran sign up, they will never, ever develop nukes. No, not ever.
