  1. Quinnipiac’s results are way off those of Strategic Vision, Zogby, and Rasmussen, all of which show the race as a virtual dead heat at this point. The last three all use different methodologies, yet all achieved very similar results.

  2. I’m not buying this ‘poll’. Quinnipiac overstated Rendell’s lead in his last election by 13 or 14 points, and in looking at name recognition for Swann, it shows no movement at all. How the heck is that possible with his Super Bowl appearance, the Hall of Fame induction, and the Steelers win? No, I think this poll is as worthless as the paper it was printed on….

  3. If that’s true, than its a shame - PA needs to change course every once in a while.

    Annoying, really. If there was ever a governor who could be outed by a good candidate, its Rendell.
