As some have already noted, the MSNBC blogad that started running two days ago has morphed into a new form, advertising now for an upcoming episode of Rita Cosby’s show on internet porn. I shifted the two ads so one isn’t immediately assaulted by the neon silhouette. Since the program airs on the 14th and the ad runs to the 17th, I shudder to think what it will morph into next!

    1. The odd thing is, I get a “page cannot be displayed” message when I click on the neon ad. Maybe it’s just my computer, again.

    2. Weird. It goes to an MSNBC page with blog-ish stuff and links to their primetime shows for me.

    4. Actually I think there is something (a firewall, an internet setting, something) that keeps me from going to certian sites. I don’t know why or how to remove it, but it is annoying. And just for the record it doesn’t block porn sites, it blocks things like classmates.com and now, obviously, this MSNBC site.

    5. Blocking MSNBC isn’t a bug (IMO): it’s a *feature*.

    7. You should get the Adblock extension for Firefox. Its great–it can block nearly every image. In fact, until I saw this post, I never even knew that this site has ads!

    8. With the neon silloutte of a nekkid lady now, and some ad about supporting democrats earlier, you may lose your conservative image if you’re not careful. ;)
