illiam Shatner has explored space on “Star Trek,” collared criminals as “T.J. Hooker” and recently punk’d an entire town for “Invasion Iowa,” his upcoming reality show for Spike TV.But now the erstwhile Captain Kirk is boldly going into music, seeking out credibility with his new album, “Has Been,” released Tuesday.
