Hmm, unless Ms. Heinz Kerry is promsing to pay for it out of her pocket, I think that there is still a small set of issues that would need to be worked out before that can happen. Something to do with the Congress, methinks.

Actually, as much as I detest Kerry, if he won the election, we would at least be entertained by his idiot wife. Can you just imagine what she could get up to? Hee hee hee.

You mean they actually have to vote in Congress? Her Majesty can’t just decree it?

What kind of cost will this be. I also heard JFK say that he will take over states child health care over and have the Federal Govt pay for it? HOW?
