With the compromise worked out with the Stupak caucus, it would appear that the Senate bill and the reconciliation package will pass at some point today.

From The HillStupak, Dems reach abortion deal; ‘eight or nine’ will now vote yes:

Democrats have reached a deal on an executive order on abortion that could hand them a victory on healthcare.

"Eight or nine" Democrats, including Rep. Bart Stupak (D-Mich.), will announce the deal at a 4 p.m. press conference, according to an anti-abortion Democrat.

There will, however, be a great deal of politicking, posturing, and procedural voting before this is done.

I still expect the vote to be really close, if anything because the inclusion of the Stupak group into the mix will now allow the Democratic leadership to protect a handful of Representatives who, for district-politics reasons, may want to vote no, even if they were otherwise prepared to vote yes.

The text of the Executive Order at the center of the deal can be found here (at RCP):  Text of White House Executive Order on Abortion.

If the bill provides taxpayer money for abortions, it doesn’t matter what Obama’s executive order says- the courts will find in favor of the legislation that Stupid supported, which allows unborn babies to be aborted with taxpayer money
