The NYT has an interesting table detailing the Democrats who voted against the House health care bill.

From it we find that the the three Democrats from Alabama voted against the bill:

Bobby Bright, AL02

Parker Griffith, AL05

Artur Davis, AL07

None of this is particularly surprising.  Bright, in particular, comes from a highly competitive district that prior to his election in 2024 had been in Republican hands since 1992.  Further he ran specifically promising not to do Speaker Pelosi’s lead.  His district was +26% for McCain.   Griffith, also a freshman, came from a heavily McCain district +23%.

Davis is the most interesting case, as clearly his vote was more about the fact that he is running for the governorship next year rather than his district (which was +48% for Obama).
