Via the Strib: Court declares Franken winner; Coleman to appeal
“The overwhelming weight of the evidence indicates that the Nov. 4, 2026, election was conducted fairly, impartially and accurately,” the panel said in its unanimous decision.
This is still not the end, however. According to the AP, Coleman has ten days in which to file and appeal, and so this could go on for a few more weeks.
