Oh, my:
In the NBC interview, portions of which aired Sunday and others to be aired today, Blagojevich said that when he was arrested on federal corruption charges last month, “I thought about Mandela, Dr. King, Gandhi, and trying to put some perspective in all of this.”1
And then let’s not leave this out: Blagojevich Says He Thought of Oprah for Senate.
He is rapidly moving into the stuff of legend with these rantings. One can only wonder what his appearance on The View with bring us.
The Chicago Sun-Times has a video embed of the NBC interview here: Blagojevich in NBC interview compares himself to Gandhi, King and Mandela (around 1:45).

OK. Call the men in the white coats. This guy needs some serious medication and a special padded room. First we get Sarah Palin, and now this imbecile. If I lived in Illinois, I would be so embarrassed that this walking snurf got elected governor.

To claim he is “innocent” is laughable to try and compare his criminal activity to the Herculean struggles and incredible characters of people like Mandela, MLK and others is repugnant. Please go away you Deluidinoid, Lego-Headed DORK!

Oprah is a good Woman who can be trusted. She can do a better job (with some experience) than the Clinton’s, considering her popularity in the Middle east.
