Palin’s answer on the Vice Presidency and the “flexibility” of the Constitution on that subject made no sense.
Of course, Biden’s answer, stating that Article I is about the executive, was incorrect. His exact interpretation of what the Constitution says about the role of the veep was a bit jumbled.

sort of. true, the vp is the president of the senate, but it has always been the case that the vp has been considered part of the executive ticket. and cheney is nuts (and a complete horrible hypocrit) in making the opportunisitic case to the contrary.
