Today’s evidence (via The Hill): Mondale to endorse Clinton.

All flippancy aside, the article argues that this will help Clinton in Iowa, as Mondale’s home state of Minnesota borders Iowa and Mondale won Iowa’s caucus (but not the state in the general, mind you) in 1984. Somehow I can’t see a victory 23 years ago is of much use or, for that matter, why being from a neighboring state would be of much use either.
