One of the funnier parts of this whole escapade was his charge that since WB Managing Director Shengman Zhang was overseeing his wife, Wolfie should be able to maintain ongoing contact with Riza.
Of course, the World Bank had specific rules relating to spousal relations. Since Wolfie and Riza weren’t married, the analogy was inappropriate.
Its funny when a guy who served a great “defender of marriage” like Bush, gets busted for living in sin.
