On the Hezbollah side, we have (via Reuters): Hizbollah guilty of war crimes, Amnesty says
Lebanese guerrilla group Hizbollah committed war crimes in its conflict with Israel by targeting civilians with rockets packed with metal ball bearings, rights group Amnesty International said on Thursday.It said around a quarter of the nearly 4,000 rockets that Hizbollah launched into Israel during the 34-day war were fired directly into urban areas.
On the IDF side (via Haaretz as noted by F&Vs the other day):
“What we did was insane and monstrous, we covered entire towns in cluster bombs,” the head of an IDF rocket unit in Lebanon said regarding the use of cluster bombs and phosphorous shells during the war.

Ok, took them a month to figure this out and mere minutes to decide the Isreali’s were being bad?
And if only a quarter were fired directly at civilian populaces.. where where the other 3/4ths? I don’t remember seeing much about IDF Barracks being hit.
