The new Folgers’ commercial answers the questions: “what happens when Oompa-loompas are given hGH and other illicit drugs” but then again, no one was asking that question.
As such, I join Andrew Sullivan and the Anchoress in stunned incredulity.
However, Ann Althouse has a point about the ad “cleverly creating web buzz” which is pretty smart.
Still, it is also weird.
Then again I graduated away from Folgers some years ago, so c’est la vie.
